• Download the music for offline personal listening.
• Play the music in your home or at a private, non-commercial gathering.

Not Permitted:

• Upload the music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, meditation platforms, stock-music libraries, file-sharing services, or any other public platform.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, share, or give the audio files to another person.
• Release the music as your own, add vocals or sounds and redistribute it, or include it in compilations or other music releases.
• Register the music with YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, a performing-rights organization, a distributor, a copyright service, or any audio-fingerprinting system.
• Use the music in films, advertisements, or other published media.
• Use the music in monetized or promotional content.
• Use the music in paid classes, client sessions, retreats, workshops, courses, apps, therapy practices, studios, spas, or other professional or commercial settings.

Thank you for supporting Mettaverse. Your Personal Use License lets you enjoy the music in your own listening, meditation, and relaxation practice. Can I register a purchased track with Content ID or claim copyright ownership?

• No. Mettaverse music may not be registered with Content ID, audio-fingerprinting services, distributors, or copyright-claiming systems. You may not claim ownership of the music or recordings.
    

Can I upload the music with my own nature sounds, voice, affirmations, or visuals?

• No. Adding other material does not create a new recording or make the music eligible for public distribution. Any upload, release, or public use still requires separate written permission.
   

Can I edit, shorten, loop, or fade a track?

• You may make simple edits solely for your own private listening. Edited versions may not be uploaded, distributed, sold, shared, or used publicly.
   

Can I share the downloaded files with friends, family, clients, or students?

• No. The license belongs only to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared.
   

Do I need to credit Mettaverse for personal use?

• No credit is required for private personal listening. Credit does not replace the need for permission when the music is used publicly or commercially.
    

Will purchasing a track remove a Content ID claim from my video?

• No. A personal purchase does not grant video-use rights and does not authorize the release of a copyright claim. Contact Mettaverse if you are interested in obtaining permission for a specific project. Or if you have purchased a commercial license in the past and require assistance.
   

Is the license exclusive?

• No. Personal licenses are non-exclusive, meaning the same music may be purchased and enjoyed by other listeners.
   

Can I use purchased music in my YouTube videos?

• No. A Personal Use License does not include synchronization with videos or use in public online content, whether or not the content is monetized. Please contact Mettaverse to ask about licensing for your project.
   

Can I use the music in meditation or yoga classes?

• You may use it for your own private practice. Playing it during classes, client sessions, retreats, workshops, or other facilitated experiences requires separate written permission, whether the event is held in person or online.
   

Can I use the music in a course, app, podcast, film, or guided meditation?

• Not under the Personal Use License. These uses require a separate written license from Mettaverse.
   

Can I use the music in a business, studio, spa, or therapy practice?

• No. Use in a professional or commercial environment is not included with a personal purchase. Please contact Mettaverse with details about the intended use.
   

What if I am unsure whether my use is personal or commercial?

• Please contact Mettaverse before using the music. Include the track title, where the music will be used, whether the project earns revenue or promotes a business, and how the finished project will be shared or distributed.
