This song was created to help clear emotional blockages so you can feel what needs to be felt. Or as it's often said, "you have to feel it to heal it". It contains the Solfeggio frequency 174Hz, which is a frequency commonly used to help reduce pain in the physical & emotional body. I also included a low 40Hz frequency which according to studies, our brain cells communicate at a frequency of 40Hz.
